Q: My balance was low, so I recharged my code. How long will it take before I can use the newly deposited funds?
A: Deposits made online will be available at the wash within just a few minutes. Rebilling takes effect immidiately.

Q: I have rebilling enabled on my account. How does that work?
A: Rebilling enables the system to monitor your account balance, and when it drops below a certian level, it will charge your credit card again with the amount you specify. Make sure to set your rebill amount to something reasonable. A setting too low might cause a delay in your washing. We recommend $8 as a rebill point, this should insure that you always have enough funds available in your account for the services you use.

Q: How quickly does rebilling work?
A: Once the system determines that your code is below your specified amount, it takes less than a minute on average to rebill the account, it will do it while you are standing in the wash bay :)

Q: I forgot my password and/or user name. What can I do?
A: If you forget your login information, such as user name or password, you can contact us via email at support@sudswash.com
